Preventative Maintenance Agreement

15 Point Spring Check

  1. Clean Condenser Coil
  2. Tighten Electrical Connections
  3. Check Voltage
  4. Check Amperage
  5. Check contact pointson contactor
  6. Oil condenser fan motor
  7. Blow out drain line
  8. Check thermostat
  9. Check filter
  10. Check freon pressure
  11. Check suction line temperature
  12. Check temperature entering condenser coil
  13. Check temperature leaving condenser coil
  14. Check temperature entering evaporator coil
  15. Check temperature leaving evaporator coil

15 point fall check

  1. Remove and clean burner
  2. Vaccum heat exchanger
  3. Check for cracks in heat exchange
  4. Oil blower motor
  5. Check all safety controls
  6. Check thermostat
  7. Clean and adjust pilot assembly
  8. Check and adjust air mixture on burner
  9. Check pressure regulator
  10. Check for gas leaks at furnace
  11. Check filter
  12. Check vent pipe
  13. Check temperature entering furnace
  14. Check temperature leaving furnace
  15. Adjust temperature rise against specifications

Both the Spring and Fall Check will be performed during regular working hour, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Coverage Period

This energy savings agreement end on December 31st of each year.

The terms of this agreement shall be automatically renewed upon receipt of payment on or before January 31st of each year.

If payment for this agreement is not received on or before January 31st of each year, this agreement will automatically terminate.

It is understood that Davey’s A/C & Ht. Inc. will use care in preforming the above service, but shall not be liable for failure to discover conditions necessitating repairs or replacements, nor shall any inspection be contused as an approval or guarantee of the condition of the equipment. In no event shall any claim for consequential damages be made by either party.
